My call would be Catalans and Wigan (although I accept it's difficult to completely rule Saints out).

I genuinely (though I know its a hard sell) wouldn't rule us out either yet.

As I see it odds of 20/1 are too big.

Nobody has & probably never will be able to give a definitive reason why we were unbeaten for so long at the start of the season & we are playing so badly since then. Just as we have lost our form might we hope & pray that we will regain it. So do not rule us out ... but pretty unlikely.

I am not too sure it is season over for Huddersfield. I think they have to play Salford and us and we have both been in freefall recently. I think they also have to play Leigh and ahull KR who might have a cup hangover. I think they will still be in with a chance of top 6 going into the last game of the season against us.

It will be interesting how Leigh cope over the next few weeks. I think they have done enough to make the 6 already but it is more about can they stay in the top 4 for a home game in the first week of the play offs.

As for us, god only knows. You would like to think there would be a reaction but I just don't see us troubling Catalan, Wigan or Saints in the play offs.

The really objectionable thing about it is that a quality centre aside... That team roster is as good as most others in the league... However the players attitudes to professional values doesn't appear to go beyond ensuring their contracts pay up win or more often lose

Win and a big points difference needed against Cas. HKR and Salford both have tough games this week and Leigh can’t even name a 21 man squad.
