Yeah, any group of fans that would boo Cullen can be relied on to overreact to anything. The atmosphere when Dorn made that interception was my low point as a Wire fan. And not cos of the interception.

Not pretty but it happens. Look at the Saints fans with Cunningham, who was arguably a much bigger local legend. I’m glad we haven’t taken a punt on Briers or Hodgson for the top job for that reason, as it could end the same way. I have to say I’ve been impressed with Hull so far though - they look like a well-drilled team.

I honestly feel the way this team is being coached at the moment Inglis in his pomp would struggle.
The moves are so predictable and the passing woefully too slow.

I think poor Inglis won’t get the chance to shine playing like we are. Maybe if he gets the left slot and swaps with King. The problem is, he’s not coming into a well-drilled attacking machine where he can weigh in at the right time to show his silky skills - he’s going to be given the ball pretty much standing still and expected to do something spectacular. The six games he needs to get up to speed could make him look very poor.
