| I agree, Dave, it's not as though there are more ST holders than available tickets.

| Quote: Paul Youane "Because he had to get his ticket the day they came out to make sure he didn't miss out.
What are all these people going to do for Wembley tickets? Are season ticket holding friends and family going to wait for general release to buy their tickets so that they can sit with these desperate to go friends? I doubt it.'"
Who knows. What I do know is that if we built a 160,000 seater stadium, because every season ticket holder would bring a mate, we'd fill it.

| last time we got to Wembley i was not a season ticket holder and although they had more time to organise. we had to show 3 ticket stubs (one being a reserve game) to gain priority after ST holders and i think we got 15,000 tickets allocated.
Would not surprise me if you could will be able to get 2 tickets per ST holder then 1 each per non this time with more tickets available, especially as we will be playing Hudds who did not take that many to Twickers in 2006

| After season ticket holders and before going on general sale they should be on sale to Supporters Trust members for 3 or 4 days. Soon see membership numbers rocket then.

And yet they always moan at how grounds such as Widnes, Leigh and Wire etc are too small for the mighty Wigan.

They usually are when it's a regular Away game, in fairness to them. They just seem to have fewer Potential Glory Hunters/Bandwagon jumpers than we do, as their Ticket sales seems to reflect their away following, plus a few more, whereas ours is probably a higher increase of our usual away following.

| Quote: Dave T "If Wire get to the final, despite there probably being well up to 20k available for each club I wouldn't be surprised to see 1 or 2 per ST in the first batch.'"
There'd 10k tickets to the finalists, so thats just about enough for 2 per season ticket holder.
Quote: Dave T "I believe Saints and Hudds didn't have such limits imposed like us, at a smaller venue, and I certainly don't feel there should be a limit for Wembley. They should go on general from the start, as this limiting to 1 per ST holder does cause problems.'"
No, saints limited tickets for their semi, hudds didn't. The Halliwell Jones is a smaller venue by about 500 places and it hasn't sold out yet for the semi.
Cup Final tickets shouldn't go on general sale from the start at all, that's a terrible idea, season ticket holders get 3 days to purchase as priority, as they have for a long time.

There will be plenty of tickets available for wembley, and it wont sell out, no matter who makes it there.

They must all be feeling the pinch after buying their season tickets for the Latics. Football is the number 1 sport in Wigan.

| Quote: Wire On The Telly "No it wasn't.
If it wasnt reserves seating i could have easily brought 4/5 more people, wolfette the same. That's two people, imagine the possibility if each person brought one more person with them who isn't a regular attendee . We would sell plenty. No chance of walk in tickets, especially from neutrals or those who cant get to the club shops.
That said, the fact Wigan are selling so little is very surprising. However the sport is in no fit state to be turning people and money away. Perhaps also the fact that the semi final and final are so close people are waiting to spend their money on a big lump sum of tickets, accommodation, foam gloves and the most important thing, lots of alcohol.'"
Aren't they old enough to sit on there own in another part of the stadium, not as if you're going to be able to explain much about the game is it?
