| The Knives are going to be out at the Toulouse Match.
Knowing our fans. There will be a few people in the North and East Stand who will cheer and clap for anything. But the VAST majority of people will be out for blood. I guarantee that we will here "we want Powell out" chants and "Tony Smiths Barmy army"
I was at the Cas Match in 2008 when the crowds knives were out. If I remember rightly. Sit in protest. The crowd chanting "Cullen out" and "Classy Cas". And It wasn't much better when they finally got them out. Cas Were cheered by the crowd at the front door and the 1st team barricaded themselves in the stadium and not wanting to come out.

I now have this mental picture that our fitness coach is a pre-school child who is not yet potty trained. I hope that's not the case, but cannot be sure of anything this season.

Bin him and the new coach has a decent squad and the right foot to start on'"

| If Sheridan has been and is still in charge of the defence, he has to be the one to go ASAP, for someone else to give us a new defensive structure.
I completely understand wanting to get rid of Powell, and I have been in that camp most of the season, but whoever is in charge of the defensive structure is the one who needs to go first. And if that is Powell then he will need to go. But we seem to be averaging a solid amount of points per game. But the first leak that needs plugging is the defence.
Maybe Richard Marshall steps in to replace Sheridan?

| No no and no. Whoever is in charge of the defence Powell is in charge of them. Stop making excuses for him, he’s terrible and has been since day one. A couple of Wire fans I know saw this coming upon his appointment and how right they were.

| Come on everyone, don't forget that we're a project and we have to give Powell chance to take us down to the Championship before he shows us how good we really are against Barrow, York and Halifax.
He has to go NOW, before the too late for us.

| Courtesy from the Warrington guardian and Powell's latest excuses - " He also point to a key turning point in the second half when Matt Dufty appeared to be a tripped chasing a Stefan Ratchford kick, when in the act of scoring.
Nothing was given and of a seven tackle set, Joe Bullock was sin binned and Wire conceded 12 points while he was off.
"Thems the breaks and at the moment, we aren't getting them," he said."
Aren't getting the breaks at the moment? What about all season??

| It's quite simple, if he's not sacked then we're down.

| The board have got a chance to save us at the moment, if they don’t act I will be holding them responsible.

Not a chance. Karl will be tweeting about a sale at the club shop tomorrow.

As much as 'chain of command' makes some sense, if Powell isn't the one putting together the defensive structure, he's not to blame for it. If I make a mistake at work for the job I'm employed to do, that's not my bosses fault is it? That's mine!
They've worked together for years, so if the understanding is that Sheridan runs the defence and that's his job, the simple solution is to remove the defensive problem. It has been well documented that Powell is in charge of attack, and he's averaging 20 points per game. Smith and Price were 24 per game. But it's not impossible for us to score. We just can't defend. So the person in charge of the defence goes first, but that doesn't mean Powell should go just because his 'employee' is doing a bad job. Unless they come as a package deal.

Nonsense. Powell should’ve removed him a while ago if that’s the case. Powell has ultimate responsibility for our results, that is his job. If he cannot make us into a decent side then it is all on his shoulders. If he is blindly loyal to underperforming players and staff then that makes him culpable for what is dished up.
