With the senior players iirc. The book is about creating a management team with the senior players so that the younger players are less likely to not disapoint their peers but it means that the senior players must be humble and set the example in every area. This sounds like the crux of the problem, senior players wanting to get off early etc..Powell just not accepting it. |

Connor needs to move to a professional club where he will be expected to be disciplined and compete every week if he wants to fulfil his potential.
Maybe that's the direction Wire are headed and Powell can get the best out of him. I've always thought that it would be good to see him move somewhere like Wigan/Saints to see what he would be like in that sort of environment.
The ideal IMO would be Hull sign a strong coach and he develops there as it would be great to be ble to add Wire/Leeds/Hull to Saints/Wigan/Catalans and have a genuinely strong top6 which we don't have just now.
