This thread is far too political. It was just a publicity stunt. There aren’t many chances to advertise a Rugby League club by giving a shirt to a World Leader. The nearest we got previously was Nancy Pelosi.

FWIW I believe neither Pelosi or Johnson or any cronies were in the away end at Saints so we can rest assured no one will be accusing us of ‘selling out’ our principles in the future.
