Regarding kits, despite my previous primrose mumblings I've a soft spot for us in white a la v Featherstone and my first trip to Wembley Happy Days

Yes decent enough, a bit of a nod to 74 (without the massive badge and collar) simple enough and unlike Rico it's aged well in the style stakes

We have come a long way from the blue kit with the primrose "W" although I do like that one in a retro way.

The boiler suit with the slightly wonky W as the only nod to “primrose” was the kit that sticks in my mind.. I always thought that our shirt should have more primrose than blue as “primrose” comes first. On the other hand I wonder if it accounts for our lack of a GF win? “ Here come the primrose boys” isn’t likely to put the fear of god into the opposition. “Blood and gold” however is positively piratical.

Some people will like the idea of having something collectable, and the selling point of NFTs is that they are unique and authorised as something which is one of a kind.

Now, there is a bit of emperor's new clothes about it, in that a lot of people will think "well who cares? its just a picture?" You can understand why having something like the jersey Les Boyd wore in the 1986 Premiership final would appeal to people as a "one of a kind" product, but a digital picture....even if it is one of a kind, will anybody really care? They are trying to create a market for NFTs hoping that this will be something people do collect in future, in the way they got into trading cards and autographs etc.
