If non of a club's players have any signs of the disease, what about playing behind closed doors and televised on sky.
No stewarding or policing costs, sky get to screen games. They could be spread over Thursday, Friday evenings and weekend afternoons, showing all games.

They already have gate receipts from the 8000 or so season ticket holders.. May as well get some sky money and get the fixtures out of the way

True. However, there are also monies from other match day incomes not coming into the club.

Also, throw in that most clubs will probably have to look to reimburse supporters through a discount for the 2021 season and you can see they are going to have a hole in their already fragile budgets.

Sky have already paid for their SuperLeague games up-front via their contract.

The clubs do not receive any further payment if their home game is chosen by Sky as the televised game.

It would be nice if the bbc opened up the last decade or so of cup finals for us to watch in this difficult time maybe even add the semis as well. Sky on the other hand can keep their grand finals from this period to themselves.

We could watch the closest we got to winning a GF, when Trent Waterhouse dropped the ball a couple of metres from the line against Leeds. If he had scored, I'm certain we would have won.

I've just bought the 2004 season review i found on Ebay. I used to have them all but over time they've slowly vabished or been damaged

The option is to approach sky for a short term contract...who are of course desperate for some live sport to keep subscribers up to £200k..?, over the standard £40k per game in a close stadium.
They get to be economical with a show... 4 hours and perhaps repeats.

Season ticket holders are to be given a £20’ish voucher to either redeem at the club later or exchange for accredited account on choice.

We may as well suck up and except that otherwise games will be lost any how and season ticket holders will still probably receive game refund credits wether the game is played closed or not at all.

.....forget that idea. The NRL has just announced suspended closed stadium games.
