Agree, not good at all. Dec is fine, he isn't the future starting half and we all know that but he is a valuable member of the squad for me. I want to see him kick on toobut give him a break.

Main problem tonight was when Cas had all the big lads on together against Philbin & Davis. Both players are full of effort & heart but not size . We definitely need a spare pair of bigger props for when the going could be tough. Cas were good value for money tonight despite Daryl's horrendous injury list .

Cas were missing Cook, Junior Moors and Seni Lefao and Millington. Imagine if they'd been fit; I think we may have struggled.

It was that same story we’ve had all season, ther performance wasn’t there for 80 minutes. We won but we didn’t look like a team that could challenge Saints in a final.

We didn't last year really and yet we beat them and stopped then even reaching the final. There's a very long time to go yet, being more convincing last night wouldn't have meant that we will be good enough to beat saints when it matters either. Let's just take the 2 points and look forward the cup game next week.

Saints have had easy games every week, like last year, let's see how they do when the going gets tough in the knock out games. Other teams, including our own, have the quality to match them in a one-off 80 minutes. We don't need to be beating everyone by 50 in May.

Were we great no but credit to Cas they really stuck at it particularly after that early second half burst.

I don't think Price and the players will be thinking that they have one hand on all the trophies with that level of performance I think that they will be happy with ANOTHER two points against what many would consider serious contenders nothing more
