Think I've decided to branch out into collecting photos now, as I'm running out of programmes to collect! It's a shame there's less press pics of players than in football.

Programmes were mentioned last night - Roger Draper said that they were losing money on them, as they are producing 1000 per home game and averaging 400 sales. He said they may follow some football club's lead and go digital ie email subscription with video content as well as articles.

Print less, find a printer that will be less, drop the price and sell more, do your online piece of you must, just run a 4 pager off Word, but PLEASE keep a programme going.

Programmes were great in the past when a lot of people didn't have internet, but now online can offer so much more, and the information is going to be up to date rather than a programme printed in advance.

Just looking through some old programmes (1995 - Cost £1.20) to review what the content was, I imagine today's programmes at £3 are very much the same.

We see much more on the club website (especially the up coming new website), Warrington Worldwide, Warrington Guardian, Sky Sports, SL website, Facebook, twitter etc. There's even video and audio interviews.

Arf. Imagine buying a programme in 2015. They were rubbish (not just Wires ones - football ones too) 25 years ago, never mind now.

I don't buy anything in the ground other than my admission money though. Bottle of water from the Tesco petrol station before going in and that's my lot.

Think theyre quality

Exactly. They look the business. In the past you could put a football kit and RL kit next to each other and easily spot the difference. These ones look pretty slick I think. Have you seen Saints kits for next year? Could've been a lot worse

brilliant kits.

Don't members get a discount on them? Just that when I went to pre-order it's not giving anything just charging the 45 quid.

Must say I like both the new kits, especially the away one: I think this colour combo works really well, and is a nice contrast with the home kit.

HOWEVER, our first colors were scarlet and black, not red and black. Pedantic? I'd say not, given our home colours, and makes me worry the club are just paying lip service to the heritage piece (the copy for the press release is basically just a replica of that they used when the amouncement of the formation date was changed 4 years back!).

Also, what's this 'out of the darkness' lark? I don't really get what this means/is supposed to represent. Just sounds like a weak marketing tag line to me.
