No problem .... except you cannot use public transport as there isn't any, be it trains to get you back to your home town, or buses once you get there... so you have to either drive or get coaches.

Maybe that's it - if you force people to drive they can't get tanked up, and if they go by coach, they wont get there until at best an hour before kickoff.
