When you win the grand final this season that will blow the LLS out of the water. It's something pretty special at old trafford when the hooter goes and your team has won. You'll see.

And from then on you won't give a flying **** abou the LLS.

I remember going to Salford the last game of the season 2009 leeds were presented with the LLS and they were deliberately cool about it .Sinfield didnt even play but came on after to collect the trophy the team stood for pics waved to the travelling fans like they always do the went off,no triumphalism.Bluey said before "weve won the lid,now we must win the Trophy,lets keep feet on the ground and celebrate when its won".The LLS is good to go on trophy's won list in years to come.Warrington have been great this year and you will be worthy champions if you get to OT and win the GF

If that happens I'm going to wind up every other club's supporters by going on about us winning the Double, see how many I get in a big tizz about claiming the league title as one of the trophies in the Double

3 days ago I watched philadelphia Phillies clinch the national league east championship baseball for the 5th year running,and they partied all night and lost the next two games.They still have to compete in the much more important national league play offs and the winner of that goes to the much more important world series,but the phillies have the best record in baseball like wire have in SL

I don't really know whats given you this idea.. I have had a good look around the wigan forum and cant find many posts saying that warrington haven't been the best team this year. How can we say that? like you've said wire finished top of the league with far superior points scored etc etc, but either way there was still only 1 point in it in the end? We are current sl champions and the cc holders so we would have every right to still think we are one of the best teams around.

Warrington have been brilliant this season. You've finished top of the table and beaten wigan home and away.. but that shouldn't mean wigan fans can't say weve had a great season too. We beat you in the cup and went onto win it, something which warrington where more than happy with the previous 2 years.

I really have never known such animosity on these forums. It's getting worse than a school playground "Miss miss!! a wigan fans just said they're better than us!!" thats what you sound like. and yes some people on our forum are just as bad, why not just concentrate on the rugby rather than starting a slanging match everytime an opposing teams fan has an opinion that differs to yours?

Warrington are favourites to lift the trophy and deservedly so, and I for one will have no arguments if you lift the trophy but as a wigan fan I can still look back on what has been a successful year for us too.
