| Quote: oli30045 "I hope that Leeds win with the most controversial try in the history of RL, with Peacock knocking the ball on and it rolls 5 metres forward, but Bentham calls play on. Then Brent Webb picks up the ball and throws a pass to Ryan Hall which is Tom Brady esque, putting him 30 yards further forward. Ryan Hall then picks up the ball, elbows Sam Tomkins out of the way whilst Danny McGuire have single handedly taken out absolutely every player in back play, leaving the whole team on the floor apart from the chasing Pat Richards. Hall then starts running backwards flicking the V's at him before being tackled and held down for 10 seconds after the hooter. But, Bentham then says that Hall is not held, he gets up, throws a pass to Kylie Leuluai who dives over the line but drops the ball in mid air. Bentham decides that he has grounded the ball easily and awards the try without going to the video ref. Leuluai then jumps in front of the Wigan fans and throws the ball at a 5 year old crying Wigan fan. All of the Ultras then start crying into their meat and potato pies.
Final score
I would happily sell a leg, to see this happen. (Not my middle leg, mind)

| No one thought we would do that to Leeds last year in the way we did, they had beaten us twice already in the league.
You never know

| Having already knocked out arguably the 2nd and 3rd best teams in the competition, I often visit RL Fans to merely remind myself who Wigan are actually playing in the Final on Saturday ....

What are you basing that on ?
Is it because Wigan beat our under strength side in the cup ?
Personally i'd prefer to base it on the match in the league where both teams were close to full strength and we beat them convincingly away at the DW, in that quarter final would Wigan have beaten us if they had the equivelant key players missing that we had ?
Losing Morley, Harrison and Briers is the equivelant of them taking us on without Finch, Coley and O'Loughlin, we then lost Solomona as we looked to be taking a grip on the game, that would be like them losing Hoffman.

| Would love to see Leeds make a game of it and go into the last 5 minutes with the game still in the balance, but can't see it happening.
I'll be surprised if the game isn't over as a contest within the first 20 minutes and as long as Sam Thompkins[size*[/size manages to get his name on the teamsheet he is a dead cert for the Lance Todd.
[size*Yes, I know[/size

| I'm basing it on Challenge cup final, features wigan not us AND current league standings.

Leave him. he likes to cuddle upto the wigan fans for some reason.

Ok maybe you wouldn't consider Roberts, Gleeson and Fielden to be losses for that game, so try Deacon, Richards and Joel for size.

| Roberts hasn't been good enough since he did his leg in.
The teams were well matched due to us missing Atkins, King and Anderson.

That's a reasonable comparison, but I think Wigan are probably in a bit better form now than when we played you then. Saying that there really isn't very much between us, and any match between us at the moment could go either way.

| Quote: Rob Wire "Its not though, havn't you heard that the challenge cup has lost all its magic, even the fans are voting with their feet as its struggling to sell out.
You ask any Wigan fan what they think of the challenge cup, they will tell you the same as what they told you last year and the year before that its just not the same anymore, its lost all its magic.
I'm sure both Sam and Joel Tomkins won't be looking forward to wembley this year, it just gets in the way. I'd be amazed if someone can point me towards a link that says either Sam or Joel Tomins is looking forward to the wembley final, it aint happening.'"
You don't half chat some crap you!!
