The penny finally drops.

What an absolute fiasco! Went to Wolfware and was told they had no tickets but gave me a phone number for Seeticket. In meantime my sister had phoned the number and been told that all orders had to be placed on line.
I rang the 0844 number from the advert in The Warrington Guardian, and was told that Wolfware should be taking orders and issuing vouchers showing that a ticket had been purchased.
Rang the shop and was told that there had been problems with Seeticket this morning, but this had been resolved and they were now taking orders over the phone.
Rang Seeticket and was told that all orders had to be made online.
Told him what I had been told by Wolfware and he went away to consult a supervisor. Eventually returned and said that they could now take orders by phone!
What a flipping hassle to buy tickets for a game in October. I almost wished I hadn't bothered after being given this run around!
They almost don't deserve to sell many tickets for the game in view of the ineptitude of the RFL, the HJ, and Seeticket.
No wonder RL is seen as inferior to other sports administrators. Get a grip.

Out of interest where did you see any announcement that tickets would be on sale at Wolfware today?

Alternatively where did you see any announcement that they would be on sale via telephone booking from Seetickets?


As far as I am aware and I stand to be corrected the only places that tickets have been advertised for sale as from today are:

1) short piece in the Warrington Guardian that said they would be available today as part of n "EXCLUSIVE ONLINE offer";

2) Via an e-mail to season ticket holders which contained a link to an "EXCLUSIVE ONLINE" offer to purchase tickets from Seetickets today; and

3) This thread on here that contained a link to Seetickets that was meant to be via e-mails only.

So please explain which of the words "EXCLUSIVE ONLINE" made you think that they would be available from Wolfware today and also which of the words "EXCLUSIVE ONLINE" made you think they would be available via phone orders?

And you have the cheek to call others who appear to me to be very accommodating of somebody who in truth couldn't understand that "EXCLUSIVE ONLINE" actually meant only available via the internet.

It seams several people were mislead.

Ordered mine, smooth transaction.

Even my daughter managed to order hers today.....and that mena sit MUST be easy to do!

I didn't order any tickets, it was competely hassle free and totally smooth.

Jeez, is it really that hard. I as a season ticket holder did not receive an E-mail... So went too Seetickets.bought 5,job done...This forum could not have given you any more information.What's the bloody problem.

this isn't warrington versus fooking salford this, its Australia versus fooking new Zealand, if you can't the difference in the value of this, then you aint a rugby league fan, and shouldn't go.
