| You could safely put a tenner on when your lot lose their is a Myler thread up within hours of the final whistle
The main point has got across though that he's not an organiser, however he does seem to be gradually growing more into that role I feel. For a 20 year old his rise has been mesmeric! Most lads would still be in the resrves yet he has 2 years of SL behind him and a few international caps to go with it.
I didn't see all of your match (unfortunately lol, I joke always a cracking game between yourslves & Hudds). However in a few flashes I saw he took the line a few times (Hodgon's 2nd try?) and looked a bit of a threat. As also said you need a big pack to be domiant and yours normally is plus it can't be easy to step into the leadership role when usually all the calls come from Monaghan / Briers.
I did feel he went lost in your MM game and went into hiding, however he seemed a different and more confident player in this one and is showing more signs of maturing. His support play is a 15-20 try a season bonus and in time he will grow into a more controlling half back, even if that takes a year or two longer that still leaves you with a top quality 21/22 year old with 10+ years ahead of him. Gutted you have him tbh but I think in the LONG RUN, money very well spent.

| Why can't people understand that Myler is a completely different player to Briers? He can't simply replace Briers and play his game as his style is completely different. Have any of the knockers considered that Myler is playing the type of game (the opportunist) that Smith has told him to play?

| He's still only young and I can't believe some of you aren't happy with him.
He's one of the best young players in the country is bound to get better. I can only dream
of having a player of his quality in a Wakey shirt these days.
As has rightly been said he's a support player and one of the best, I also feel he's a bit of a confidence player too.
Get behind him and support him.
Ya lucky gets!

| Quote: wire78 "So we've got threads On Myler and Clarke, yet not one word on the player who was the worst player on the pitch by a country mile .... Ben Harrison .... I'm never one to have a go at the players but it just gets on my nerves a little bit when the usual suspects are always slated on here , yet a performance like that from Harrison can go unmentioned ... The lad was shocking .'"
For me he's been poor (by his standards) all season.

| Wasn't Harrison in the Super League team of the month, or whatever it's called, in March?

50086_1357229109.jpg [b:33tg3xj5]Me:[/b:33tg3xj5] I'm still reeling from the news that someone is considering watching the 1st and 3rd game on Saturday and NOT watching Warrington play. It's like being in Shea Stadium when the Beatles came to town and deciding to nip out for a fag.
[b:33tg3xj5]knockersbumpMKII:[/b:33tg3xj5] Is it FOOK, you're good but you're not THAT good, jesus you wanky fans need to get over yourselves, Beatles at the Shea in '65 was a once in a lifetime opportunity for some (despite the following years performance), you can watch a very good team in primrose & yellow play every week if you really wanted to but comparing it to one of the very best music groups of all time in an iconic stadia such as the shea is overegging your importance, you're not even the best team in SL atm:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_50086.jpg |

| Absolutely, 6 wins, 3 defeats, we're in a good position. Some people haven't got a clue what they're on about. Myler will never replace Briers because he's a completely different type of player. The O'Brien voting thing also makes me laugh. Most of those who voted won't even have seen him play.

Actually it wasn't. There have been Myler threads after each of the 3 defeats.

| Myler has improved his game tremendously this season...His passing has become more accurate and much faster. His job has been to feed the ball to briers in the right areas.. which he has been doing well... His defence has also got alot better.
He didn't have a great game against Huddersfield... but then again... no one did.
I'm more than happy with his progress.
People that are expecting him to lead us around the field are looking at the wrong player.... I don't think he will ever be that type of scrum half.

Based on their current shower-of-a-squad who wouldn't be ? Right.... I'm off..... need to give a Mr Betts a call about a job vacancy at some crappy plastic scouse team that plays near the Runcorn Bridge.
