You have been told wrong.
Under the terms of his ban, he isn't allowed to train with any club, or be paid by any club. He has been seen at the stadium as he has been having talks with Ian Lenagan, presumably about what happens AFTER Hocks ban is up. |

In this case no they wouldn't. It would just increase Hocks ban Wigan would be in deep cr@p with the RFL.

Instead of fuelling unsubstantiated rumours and asking someone to comment on something that he can't possibly know why don't you sit back and think about it for a minute?
What are the Rules regarding a player whose been banned for this misdemenour? Does it allow the club who held his registration to pay for his mortgage?
If it doesn't, then they won't be, Simples.
Same as speculation regarding Wire and the Salary Cap, If there are no Facts to disprove otherwise then guess what? They won't be breaking it. |

a) not allowing him to train with the club in any capacity whatsoever......
b) not making any payments of any kind to him at all......
