3076_1671446335.jpg SAINTS THE ORIGINAL AND PERENNIAL CHEATS
For sale full Saints kit (circa 1989). Shirts in pristine condition, but shorts badly soiled.
For 27 - 0 you get a trophy
For 75 - 0 you get sod all.
Wigan had eight in a row
Saints have five in a row:d7dc4b20b2c2dd7b76ac6eac29d5604e_3076.jpg |

| Quote: Paul Youane "He was even quicker to rush him back from injury to include him in the team that won the Challenge Cup last year. Wasn't given a chance of being fit but Smith was confident enough in what he would add to the team to throw him straight back in for such an important match after months out injured.
Higham is a good impact hooker, just because your numpty club tried to make him something he wasn't you shouldn't hold a grudge for years afterwards. I bet your still moaning about Denis Moran not organising the back line.
At least you've got current project Karl Pryce to work on - and you call Mickey Higham, give it a rest.'"
No, his goldfish gob mate Millward tried to make him into something he ISN'T. As soon as Noble arrived he relegated Higham to bench hooker, behind Millard and McIlorum.
Then, like Saints we got rid.
Now we have a good starting hooker in Riddell and we start scoring tries again.
I never rated Higham at Wigan so it's not an anti Wire thing.
However, as this thread is about Monaghan, he is a player that I have always rated (as a hooker) and said when you signed him that was by far his best position.

| Without monaghan im alot less confident of coming away with a win now, however hopefully higham can step up and have a top game and get make good metres from the ruck. Pressure will be on briers more now aswell as monaghan has done a good job of taking the control of the game at times along with myler. Come on the wire!

Are you a complete kn ob or just doing a great job of impersonating one?
Clarke is a great defender, that's why last year he was completing at around 95%, highest in our squad and in the top 10 of the comp. Also his distribution is twice as good as Higham's. He's a voice on the pitch aswel, a leader in the team. The only critisism most people will have is that he doesn't take the line on enough! You don't get a GB cap for nothing...

| I'm sure we can take it that he won't play or Guardian wouldn't have stuck this on their site. Big responsibility for Briersy and whoever partners him in the middle to move Leeds around and find some gaps. Was confident without Myler but less so without Monas as well. Makes it even more important that our forwards give theirs nothing. If we can defend the middle of the park well it will make it really hard for them to play off scraps with little go forward. If we get it right we can still come away with the points. ISWT.

The answer to your question is that the first part was correct. He is!
