No she is a Scot/German/Dane. She has a very strong German and Danish bloodline on her paternal bloodline from her father George VI and Victoria who married Prince Albert of Saxe Coburg. Her mother was Scottish.
As for Mark M's comments it is totally possible and coherent to be a supporter of a Republic and a patriot. Suggest you inform yourself here www.republic.org.uk/about/index.php

| the number one thing for me is just being at Wembley with all the lads i have watched Wire with. The stories you will be able to your kids, grandkids later on in life.Like my grandad and dad tell me now.We are going to be apart of history. People will talk about this for years to come as the 1st Wire side since 1974 to win the challenge cup
on lighter note asking for the coach to pull in so we can have wee and getting the usual groans from every eles on the coach

| Abide with me.
The winning try (in my head, King has the ball in one hand and Kevin Brown in a headlock in the other arm, dragging him fully 30m under the sticks. Possibly not a legal play).
The moment where it sinks in that Wire are playing at Wembley.

I am travelling down to London on the Friday so will miss the Saturday exodus - I know that if I did the Saturday, mine would be the car / bus / train that broke down and I would miss it all !!
Getting to the ground around 1100 hrs and just going to soak up the atmosphere, walk up and down Wembley Way (or is it Bobby Moore way) then get inside the groud around 1-30 to see the day unfold

| I've been fortubate enough to see the Wire play 3 times at Wembley. The first two times in the 70's was mostly mad, drink orientated with random violence and vandalism all around.
In 90 it was more civilised, and I remember a gang of Halifax fans gathering round a police women on Wembley way singing "You've lost that loving feelin' as in Top Gun. Her face went brrriiight red, to the amusement of her fellow male colleagues.
I also remenber a fan jumping over a barrier in Wembley way into the road and a car jamming on and literally rocking back and to over him.
