In my humble, I think there should be an agreement between between SL clubs to not transfer French players from Catalans for the good of the Dragons.

There is some merit in that, for the good for the game, but I can see French players being upset at potentially missing out on a lucrative contract moving to a top SL side.
Anyway, on the signings, I would love Bosc to join us, together with Sinny and Myler. All of which I was told were nailed on*
*could be complete bobbins though. |

No more lucrative than what the Dragons can offer, they are spending upto the cap. |
