| Not just a brilliant performance, but backing up after another brilliant performance last week - that's a big step forward. Also, we currently have the league's best defence, which isn't something we've often been able to say over the years. Good times!

| A St Helens away win followed by thrashing Wigan and the 1st away team to win at the Piedome since a year last May.
We need to make sure we beat Hull KR next weekend and we can relax a bit after that for a few weeks.

| Wow just stunning from start to finish. Great displays 1 to 17. Not seen us defend like that since .....last week!
We dominated them in every part of the pitch and don't get me started on that scrote Marshall.

Whilst missing our starting centre, halfback, prop and back rower.

Yep, as I have been at pains to point out elsewhere because *gasp* Wigan were missing TWO players (one of whom wasn't even getting picked earlier in the year!). Just watched the Leigh v Saints game (comedy gold FYI) and Wells couldn't help mentioning how many Saints were missing. It's par for the course, don't think any side at this time of year would be able to field their starting 13.
Could see a few banned next week, too. Lomax's binning looked a lot like Harrison's, in that he was obviously trying to wrap the arms, so we'll see.

| I thought Wire were excellent tonight as much as Wigan were poor. Powell and Williams were immense. However, as some posters have pointed out no pots were up for grabs tonight. Much will depend on injuries regarding how the season pans out. There is a lot of rugby to be played between now and the GF, it is impossible to maintain the level of performance Wire attained last night, it is about peeking at the right time. Enjoy your win, I hope we clash horns later in the season.

| Fair points. We’re timing it well….we’ve more players missing than Wigan but less than Saints but we’ve got better cover I feel. Personally I think we’re the best team. Wigan have a shedload of pack members on their books who are pretty poor…Dupree, Ellis, Walters, Cooper to name a few.
My worry is that Leigh make the six. I’d be much more fearful of playing an in-form and fully fit Leigh than Wigan.

| Two statement wins over the last week that have said: "we are here and we can beat anyone at our best".
I thought every player was brilliant last night and my favourite passage of play was shortly after the O'Neil injury where Crowther, Walker, Wood and a few others really ripped into Wigan in defence in the middle of the field and really bullied them. There were moments earlier in the game, even when we were leading, where Wigan looked like getting over the top of us with their big pack but that was the point at which we really won the arm wrestle and it was fairly plain sailing from that point onwards.
Great to see Lindop show that sort of performance in a big game. He has done well as a stand-in winger but yesterday he looked a real threat and the way he took the second try was tremendous.
The only thing I'm currently concerned about currently is Bateman coming in because none of that back row deserve to lose a place and Fitzgibbon needs to come in too.

| Brilliant performances from every player last night, Bateman will be lucky to get the 18th man slot if we have no injuries.
It really looks like they are all playing for each other and all of them are prepared to defend.
One of the moments of the night for me ,(apart from that Yates tackle) was the Tai try - 10s to go, 30 points up & he was so determined to score when no one would have blamed him for just taking the tackle.
Well done Wire & well done Sam & his coaching team.

Perversely, I would like to see Holroyd rested. He has done fantastically well, but he has already played 16 games to date.

| 28 points out of the 40 we scored last night were from academy graduates. ‘But Warrington don’t have an academy, they just sign anyone’.
