Serious note, I don't think you have to look much further than the builders really. Barr built both stadiums. Seeing the standard of work behind the scenes at the HJ, I can hardly say I'm surprised.'"
Barr were the contrator and would have sub-contracted the roofing job... however it could have been weakened by the removal of small sections of cladding at the sides of that stand by the current contractors/sub-contractors working on your corners |
