| I love threads like this, witnessing the minor meltdown and then the brushing it all away once everything turns out okay after all.

| We're having a better season than the last one so far are we not? I make us 2 points up on the same fixtures last year...
What crisis?

| Russell coming on changed the game, because it put Ratch at 6, Mylor dropped to 9 and O'brien went to 7, we switched on 2nd half and that was good to see.
Ormsby try was a cracker, R.Evans played very well. Atkins still quiet but took that last try well.
Russell is a real handful hopefully that should sort us out for Salford.

| There is still a long way to go yet before this team looks top four IMO. With Westwood bollicking Currie in the first half, then Bridge doing the same with Laithwaite, they look grumpy, out of sorts and lacking direction. London put everything into the first half, but were knackered by the second, dropping a pass to allow one Evans try, then passing to Atkins to allow him a free run to the line.
I think Myler played, I certainly heard his name on the tannoy. Asotasi didn't really do much more than Riley and there is no sign of his fabled 'off-load game' yet. Russell did indeed provide some spark to the team, and Ormsby was a menace with the ball, always energetic, always handing off, and good value for his try. One nice bit of class from Monas to make a try and Laithwaite also bust a tackle to make one as well.
Bridge fashioned a couple of tries, but we also had one of his daft off-loads plus a missed tackle to allow a London try.
An awful lot of work to do still for TS, and with a team that has at least two out of form players.

| We still look like a team without a leader, no one is standing out to lead.

| O'Brien looks better every match. Needs a long run at 6 just like Lee Briers got at start of his career. Everything else up for grabs.

| Kicking - the wind was very strong and many of our conversion attempts were from out wide. Ratch hit it too high and it often got caught in the wind
Rhys - yes I want to see him on a wing for now.
I'd like to see him have a run against Salford.
Ormsby was strong but him and Atkins b%^^$ed for the (3rd?) London try.
Atkins still has a lot of work to do - he was pushed off a couple of tackles but at least he got on the try sheet so that will have helped his confidence.
Thought Laithwaite had a good game and could have gone in for a try himself but unselfishly gave it to Rhys.
There does seem to be some friction i the came - saw the Bridge / Laithwaite incident.
Russell - I'd like to see more before making a judgment
Still not convinced about our halves though.
Waterhouse played well and Westwood did his usual job.
Hill played well.
Credit London for their first half performance but we just didn't look at the races. Thankfully we're at the start of the season, not the end because we'll get stuffed by several of the top sides - oh we did- by Saints.

| Just got back now, firstly it's a cracking stadium with everyone freindly. All the Broncos staff I spoke to had a smile and were a credit. As we left the stewards wished us a safe journey home. When was the last time a steward at the HJ wished you a safe journey home.
As regards the match, we started well but had a 20 minute spell in the 1st half when all our 13 stunk. In the 2nd we totally turned the game around, Rhys Evans should start on the one wing with Joel on the other, Rhys will score tries & is good in defence.
A better game for GOB, when Russell came on & Ratch went into the halves we were a better team. Russell was okay and made one Tomkins type break beating 2 or 3 players only to slip and get tackled, very early days for him but I think he could turn out good. Bridgey was good and gave a genuine 100% . Hilly played big minutes and was huge as was super Ben & Trent.
There was approx 500 Wire there & we all had a good time, I sincerely hope Broncos stay up and if they do I will Deffo go again next year, a quality day out.
Oh and lastly Wire Yed was leathered, he had 6 pints before kick off.

| Personally thought gaz o'brien was fantastic today, had a hand in most of the things we did well going forward and seemed to be the main voice organising the line in attack
Ratch and o'brien halfbacks from now for me, maybe Myler can come back when we've got more confidence and we're making the holes for him to run through but today didn't think he offered much
Agreed on the ground staff all very polite and helpful, decent little ground, easier to get to than stoop, great day out

| It is becoming increasingly clear that nobody (including the coaching staff) know what our best team selection is.

As is most of the away followings at London. Nice to see you before the match too, Yed.
