Enjoyed it. Manly blew it with that lead with the forearm. They had Leeds on toast at that point.'"
I'd agree with that. Mind you, Peacock took some real hammer but never stopped moving forward.

| It was a good game by two good teams , would have been good to see the two best teams from each hemisphere play each other but maybe we will play Melbourne next year !

| Congrats go to Leeds. Beat a very rusty and what looked like dis-interested Manly side, especially in the first half. You can only beat what's in front of you though I guess.
Spear tackles on Ryan Bailey should be made legal... Kind of like punching a Wiganer.
I found it very frustrating as I couldn't help but cheer for Manly - but how one of the Leeds players didn't go in the bin is beyond me. Standard Ashley Klown. Saying that King should be shot for that elbow. Helmet.
When Manly clicked Leeds really looked vulnerable. The interception always had the Sea Eagles chasing the game and that leading with the elbow/forearm changed the momentum back and more or less sealed the win at that point.
Great game for RL. Trending worldwide on Twitter. Not too shabby.
But at least we all now know that Warrington Wolves are the best team in the world.

| Oh and on record, Brent Webb should be a QB in American Football. That bloke can't pass backwards!

| Thought Leeds deserved their victory with both sides really wanting to win for the WWC. Manly would have
had the same preparation as their season kicks off around the same time as ours. Peacock was outstanding tonight as were the
rest of the side. I think most rl wire fans will recognize what a great performance that was and realize that it's quite understandable
that we lost to Leeds in the playoffs last year after that performance. One day, lets hope we could emulate them.

Manly have played 1 warm up game with their reserve grade players and the season doesn't start for 3 weeks yet. Hardly the same prep is it?
Don't want to detract from Leeds before anyone starts moaning. Deserved winners, even if they did get the rub of the green - again.

| Great performance full of grit and determination. They had little field position in the second half and deserved the win for some heroic defence.
I hope they don't show as much spirit against us in a few weeks!

| It goes to show though when it really counts, Leeds can step up a gear and are very hard to live with, next week Widnes will compete and think they have improved not taking in the Leeds mentally knacked factor.

| I stand corrected Allfie Langer 2. I had a feeling they'd had the preparation i'd mentioned from hearsay but couldn't be d
to check as i'm post 10 cans of cider and thought that I'd just guess a bit. Great performance and game though. Preparation
or not Manly seemed well up for it.

I used to rate him many, many moons ago, not for the past 3-4 years now though.
Need to get someone else in soon I feel, how long has he got left on his contract?
