Hull and Wakey looking much more likely to get the 6 than us. Worrying times.
All we can do is keep winning. Win 7 out of 9 and we will squeak in at someone's expense. You sound confident. Right now we are effectively 4 points behind Hull with 18 points remaining. We have Leigh twice, Wigan and Hull FC and Hull KR away. I can see us winning 4 more games starting tomorrow. (Cas, Catalans, Huddersfield and Salford)

I don't think we'll win 7 games; I just wouldn't worry about what others are doing. We will either deserve to get in or we won't, and I think 32 points is what it will take.

| I'm thinking Hull and Wakey are looking very capable at the moment. We just lost too many games. The play offs could be quite competitive but cannot see us suddenly surging forward.

| After watching the Catalan v Hull KR game last night I am completely perplexed at the Pangai Jnr. signing by us.
Very slow with no footwork and easy to tackle.
Lazy in both offence and defence.
With Williams probably elsewhere too I fear for 2026.and just don`t trust in our recruitment to sign the players that are needed if Pangai Jnr. is an example

Just prepare for the worst in 2026, anything else is a bonus. There is absolutely no reason for 2026 to be any better than 2025 (unless someone can think of one?), in fact we will be weakened again with no Vaughan and Williams. Just as we were weakened for 2025. In reality, the disconnect is at the strategic level. Middleton has literally announced the lack of ambition in the Q&A with the stated objectives which are massively at odds with those of the spectators. There is nothing we can do about it anyway except pick and choose games to attend and merchandise to buy.

| It is strange that 3 wealthy businessmen watch on as the club stagnates. You would think alarm bells would be ringing around their investments especially as the fans drift away. I would expect the drive of the people in charge to be seen right through to the team performances.

I think they like the involvement, kudos of owning a sports club and the occasional trip to Wembley. There is no burning desire to make it the best club in SL. But that is their prerogative, they can do, and say, what they like. As can we.

It's a real joy supporting Trinity right now.

It's a real joy supporting Trinity right now. I bet you are. Just promoted and doing better than expected. Crowd buzzing. Players enjoying themselves. Owner looking very happy & joining in the fun. But of course it is easy at the moment. HKR, Leeds, Leigh & Hull all doing better than expected. Saints, Wire, Cats & Huddersfield on a downer. Test of a club though is how things go when they don't meet up with expectations. Changing rooms are easy after a win but the real test is after defeat. Need to check what the feeling was when Wakey were relegated (sorry to be a miserable fart). What are the fans like at Saints, Cats & Wire? Go for it Wakey and enjoy.

Yep they have pulled it round ... but compared to their past glories some of their fans appear to be disgruntled over the last few years.
