Your Tom Amone reply was has been visible to me, since you posted it a few days ago.
If we we had a private message function, like we previously had, I would have replied to you.
There are still a lot of gremlins affecting the current forum which will hopefully be fixed in the near future before the forum loses all it`s contributors.
I asked about the PM facility they are not bringing it back, they gave their reasons and I can understand why.

| If you are having issues with missing posts and blank pages please make sure that you follow the advice in the FAQ, namely:
• Log out of rlfans.com • Clear your temporary internet files (cache) on any devices where you are experiencing problems • Delete any old bookmarks or links to rlfans.com • Go to rlfans through www.rlfans.com • Log in again and set up your links and bookmarks.
A lot of the problems seem to be with legacy cookies and cache from the old site which need to be cleared. If you follow the full workflow above but are still experiencing problems then please email us at support@rlfans.com and we will try to investigate further. We will need as much information as possible including device, browser and operating system.

| Followed the instructions in the email can now not log in on my iPad managed to log in on my phone and can not see the post made by southstander.

| Had trouble login back on after following the instructions given, you need to shut down the device you are using wait 30 seconds reboot and then log on.

I have never had to follow instructions like this for any other website I have visited? Restart my PC??
I logged out, removed browser history and removed bookmark then could not log in. Was told to shut down and then try when I got back it did work but again I was not seeing posts not even my own. In a reply I was asked am I clicking the eye. I did not know what was meant by this but I just noticed at the end of each topic there is an eye in a box I clicked that instead of the thread directly and can now see the posts. Really don’t want to have a go at the guy running the site but if not I’m wondering is there not something in place on how to navigate the new site. There are still many issues and I don’t want to keep bothering the poor fella.

| Ps if you click the eye it takes you directly to the last page, do not click the last page tab, chances are you will not see the latest posts.

No I don't want to have a go at anyone running this website, but it should either work correctly or they give up/sell the URL and let someone else run it.

| Honestly i think i'm done with the website which i'm gutted about, i love the forum and chatting with everyone, but it just seems daft to have to follow the instructions just to use it. Hopefully there is another forum somewhere i can find. I'll proberbly check in once a week but i might not. So if i don't get to speak to you lot again, all the best, it's been great over the years. COTW.

| We sorry to lose you. We do appreciate how inconvenient it is to have to follow some instructions to get things working properly in the small number if cases where people are still experiencing problems.
We hope to release a big ‘fix’ release next week. Be assured we are working very hard behind the scenes to fix a number of general issues.
