Should have been 'Fax. When there's a tiny crowd at the Halton stadium to watch the likes of Catalans and Harlequins you'll wonder what all the hype was over Widnes being re-admitted.

Any business that can return a 40% profit should be lauded. It is even more impressive that Widnes' operating costs are £1.5 million.

I'm aware that profit and turnover are different things. I didn't mention turnover.
I'll cut to the chase - I don't believe that widnes made a profit of £1million, not in any sense that actually matters. That's what I was laughing at. |
