On further reflection it does sort of imply a self-acknowledgement of our previous winkyness though. Something that, at the time, we robustly defended in the main, most usually by means of two finger salutes, jeering, or the winky sign fashioned by looping ones thumb and index finger in a rythmic gesture in the direction of the offenders. |
