You've hit the nail on the head there. There's a live stream happening, there's potentially thousands of people (including me) who would make a one-off payment to watch it, but they don't allow it. Absolute madness. With decisions like that, it's no wonder the sport is in trouble.

The problem was giving Sky exclusivity to all live Superleague games. They won't be allowed to open it up to everyone.

Yep but ... if they have got the rights to show the game. Surely they can receive a cut of any income from those who watch v Our League. Everyone's a winner.

Exactly. You would think that every effort would be made to enable people to watch matches during these special circumstances, for the long-term good of the game, but that clearly isn't the case. If it is down to Sky saying 'no', then it doesn't reflect very well on them at all.

They have at least allowed the games to be made available to season ticket holders. I can see both sides of the argument, but I agree its a shame they can't come to some agreement for this. It's only for a few months until stadiums open up again, sky get a cut of the takings. You'd like to think something can be arranged.

| I don't know if I have got this right.
So if you are a Hull FC season ticket holder you can watch the game on the our league app?
I get that warrington season ticket holder would have to pay because it is an away game but it makes no sense that they can't open up the broadcast to whoever wants to pay to watch it.

Is that right, I thought you would get away games also if you are season ticket holder.
I've watched all our games do far via the league app, even Salford away (although it was played at St Helen's, it was still classes as an away game)

| As a season ticket holder you get access to all of your team's OuRLeague matches, home and away. Hull game is showing up as unlocked on my account.

| With Inglis and Lineham unavailable looks like our back line will look something like:
Ratchford
Charnley
Mamo
King
Ashton
Austin
Widdop
Can’t say I’m confident of us getting a result, although we tend to travel well over at the Hull FC ground in recent years, they seem to have abit more about them under Brett Hodgson.

| If we have actually formulated a plan to use both sides of our attack the game could be good one . You would think there would be enough nouse in the team to put on a decent effort & work on their own ball handling "skills" & brain farts without needing to be told how to approach a game by the manager.

We're the Derek Zoolander of Rugby League. He can't turn to the left, and we can't pass to the right.

Did you learn your lesson?
If so, don’t be lumping on FC again. In the same way a light pack Leigh was hammered by Wire, we have the same scenario coming up at FC facing a full strength Wire minus Lineham. I don’t count GI, he’s a bonus player.
When your gambling money, there’s no such thing as form. It’s all about preparation and ability.

Good point. I must admit I can't ever remember walking off a pitch (as a player) thinking to myself "that flamin' coach has lost us that game". Never ever. Players don't think like that ... they blame their own actions.
