It's a shame we can't or won't do what America does In some contracts.
Basically if a worker walks out of a contract and in some cases (wwe) gets injured. They can freeze the contract and say that they had 12 months out. (In sandows case walked out on the remaining 12 months of his contract). That additional 12 months could be added onto the end of the contract. So if Sandow was too come back to superleague. Not only would he have too come back too Warrington But he would have too see out the remaining 12 months of his contract. Plus we can recoup alot of his salary as we can in addition to forcing him to see his contract out. Fine him a hell of alot of money for walking out on the club and breaking his contract in the first instance.

Irrespective of talent, we have to have the right character of player. Committed, mentally strong, professional attitude eg) Gidley. Players like Sandow are corrosive to a team, even if they are good to watch for a dozen games.

....it would be nice to bring him off a bench like you see with Albert Kelly...but Sandow would be a wow.
