I think he is a TS type player. Very off cuff. I hope Gidley and Ratchford would add some shape to give balance.

The player is obviously unhappy and has had his problems... Give him a new start, take him out of the NRL goldfish bowl, put an arm round him, who knows.. you have to take some risks.

Smith does have a good record at straightening out problematic attitudes. Maybe Sandow needs a fresh start.

Seems to me that Sandow is like the pre Smith Lee Briers . Awesome with the boot and can be magic , just lacks attitude and consistency . Look What Smith Did to Lee , If he turns out to be anything Like Briers just the Signing we are craving IMO .

I agree btw I don't know enough about Sandow to make a truly informed judgement, but, I join you and others in applauding the club for having a go, it does sound exciting if he does sign. He does seem unsettled and a new start might just do the trick...on the other hand 'kill or cure'?

My post and reference to Saints was aimed at those knocking a player, Cronk in our case, Savelio in theirs and specifically how opinions might just conveniently change based on whether they signed for your club or not

Ricky Stuart once called him the "aboriginal Alfie Langer" so suppose that must count for something. If not ever so slightly racist.

Just look at Sandows stats ,he is only behind Thurston ,can't wait till he is confirmed and for once I'll get a players name on my shirt for next season
