The games are to be played Friday and saturday, to have a semi final on a Friday is ridiculous imo but in hull on the 1st of August on the Saturday there is Humber street sesh and the Campbell v Coyle (2 hull lads east v west) so I would imagine kr Will want as many fans as possible the Saturday wouldn't be too good for us so I can see why the club would want the Friday it's not ideal as if it was Saturday and Sunday as usual we would push for the sunday, it's not ideal but it is what it is |

It will be Friday, no question about it.
BBC are showing the Community Shield game between Chelsea and Arsenal on the Sunday afternoon. They are not going to schedule a Challenge Cup semi final opposite it.
It will be played on Friday evening when there will be no clashes especially as due to a number of events in Hull on Saturday, Hull KR have requested to the RFL that they play on the Friday. |
