Reading one of the Rugby papers yesterday Mozz as said he he can see RIley stepping up next year or words to that affect.so im taking it he isnt leaving.

I think Swinton would be very sorry to see one of their best forwards leave for Oz.

We could use him, that's for sure. Even though Mick H has been brilliant this year we badly need a young hooker to come through and since Dwyer seems to be out of favour (or will he be heading back next season?) signing a young English player would be ideal. The two Micks aren't getting any younger.

I would be amazed if he didn't get a contract extension, he has got better and better as the season has worn on. Surely Higham and Wood are both nailed on for another year.

But the interesting one will be Monas. I personally think his knees have ended his playing days and he will probably go at the end of the season. Hopefully we have signed Clark, but it has gone very quiet lately.

Totally disagree with the post saying he rubbish , didn't we sign a certain Moz from the Chucks with a career ending arm/wrist uinjury ? Good signing , tough go forward player , great leader and works as hard as Benni and Trent .
As for Bennji M , he has quoted on the NRL website that he wants to commit to the Tigers for the rest of his career ....Keep looking .....Rangi is a good catch ?

I have to agree with Wood and Higham re signing and what's more I think that the, 'it's all gone quiet on the Clark front' is not a bad thing. I prefer the club doing its business quietly (if you pardon the expression) and without fuss.

We were also reportedly interested in Ryan Brierly, but since the Hopkins move to Wigin was announced you would have thought that too would have been confirmed.


Anyway, it still looks as though we are short of a prop and probably a half back for next year.

No, I counted England coming in ( for Cooper), then Asotasi for Morley, but that still leaves us one short for Carvell. Unless you counted Riley, but that doesn't match up from the experience point of view, hence one short.

With the emergence of Ben Currie as a 13 why not move Ben Harrison up? After all, him and Coops have been playing as additional props when starting at 13.

That gives us Hill, Wood, Asotasi and Harrison as first choice 4 plus possibly England and Riley/Evans to cover. That seems ok to me.
