The effort was there but the lack of brains on show was more than a little disappointing. I actually thought Briers had a good game and looked dangerous with ball in hand, the trouble was that our completion was so poor we didn't get a chance to see any sort of kicking game.

Briers was excellent. As usual he conjured 18 points out of nowhere, you take it for granted now. He looked tired by the end, Leeds put a lot of traffic his way.
