Friday 19:45 Easy-Jet flight Edinburgh to Gatwick . overnight @ Gatwick Central Premier Inn.
Saturday 10:00 train into Victoria Station . Wander about London Centre and a few pints, @ 12 noon tube to Wembley Central.
13:00 dogs abuse from Wire fans. 13:15 dogs abuse from Rhino fans
13:30 dogs abuse from both set of fans in stereo.
14:30 - 16:30 enjoy a cracking game of Rugby League and more abuse.
17:30 back to city centre for food , drink and no doubt more abuse.
21:00 train back to Gatwick , overnight @ Premier Inn Central Gatwick and more drink , not so much abuse .
Sunday 12:05 BA flight to the Capital City. Fully wined dined and abused.
Dont care who wins , hope its a great game, great Craic , Good fun and a great day out .

Im driving down friday evening. Drove down on the Saturday last year and after the pre match nerves, the all day boozing and the emotional jubilation of winning, I felt like I'd done ten rounds with Butterbean come 10pm.
So I'm intending to be one big lazy thouse the Sat morning this year.

Indeed. I don't understand people who start at 7am and by the time the game arrives they are thoroughly smashed and have to watch the game blurry eyed.
I'll be having a few on the Saturday, commencing around 12pm, won't drink during the game, and then start after the match. Last year I was too nervous to do anything, even sit in my seat. |
