| I would’ve loved a replica shirt when I was a teenager, just can’t bring myself to wear one in my dotage. Have bought them for others mind.
Think both shirts are ok, the away looks more like a casual polo shirt than a rugby shirt though.

| Quote CW8="CW8"This, absolutely this. I really don't like the white kits, they just don't look like wire to me. Save them for the away and the home should be pnb variations IMO.'"
Interesting as I grew up in the 80s watching the wire and from what I remember the home kits used to be white with primrose and blue and the away kits blue with primrose and white. I've always like a predominantly white home kit. Guess it's just about options though and if you like them and can afford you'll buy it if not you won't

| Among all the advertising splurge about the new Kit ,the word "fungible" was mentioned . Can somebody tell me what "fungible" means please before i start trying to grow mushrooms in my new shirt.

I feel we don't really have an identity with kits really due to how many variations we have had. I'd love us to just settle on variations of primrose and blue hoops or stripes etc personally. I suppose the first kits I saw us in being the greenalls Mike Gregory era pnb hoops and white and green away are the kits I associate with as they're the first kits I remember, everyone will have different views on this with so many kit varieties through the years. Our colours are listed as primrose and blue though and they're my personal preference. Each to their own I guess.

Don’t know much about economics, but the way I understand Fungible Commodities is that one has the same value whatever form it’s presented in. So if you melt your nylon wire top down at the end of the season into small ingots shaped as coins, you should technically be able to use them to pay for the next season’s shirt?
I have to say it’s a great idea. It’ll replace crypto. Who wants to buy shares in WireTopCoin?

| Blimey, call me old fashioned but I struggle with the concept that 'cash is no longer king' particularly when told that I can't exchange it for something so simple as a pint of beer

I really like the 125 year anniversary one. For special occasions.

Yes decent enough, a bit of a nod to 74 (without the massive badge and collar) simple enough and unlike Rico it's aged well in the style stakes
