I could get to my 70th birthday and not see Wire win the GF (I’m 36) and Wire would still be doing better than 103 years without being crowned Champions!

63 years isn’t even Wire’s worst run, 72 years is, but it’s a damn site smaller than 103 years. So I’ll be quite happy to better our worst run and wait for a GF in the next eight years.

Anyway, Widnes should be very grateful for Warrington. If it weren’t for us there would be no Widnes RL. We donated all of our Christmas and Easter derby games’ gate receipts to keep them afloat in 1928. Without Wire they’d have gone bust!

A weeks a long time in politics. Four months without a win in SL is a ####ing eternity.
Rather than comparing Warrington's rivalries, I'd concentrate on Widnes' MANY shortcomings, if I were you.
