| If Wigan beat us at home having played in a big game in Sydney, Australia 6 days earlier, I think we are in for a very dismal season.

| We’ve been impressive in two games so far but to come to Wire and win 4 days after we arrive back from Australia will be virtually impossible imo. I think that game will come at a really handy time for you and could help you get your season going.

| Wane will have the Wigan 17 wound up to heck in order to win against us, he will want land and land sprinting. We will be in miracle land if we get any where near them. I hope we achieve a win but I'm not holding my breath.

I'd forgotten about that.
I'd still fancy you to turn us over though. Wane is a great motivator and will have you well up for that even if your lads are tired. We look absolutely clueless at the minute in attack and if you play half as good as you did v Hull you will win comfortably.

| We need to bring back the 'big pie smash' advert to get the lads pumped up and full of confidence before the game

| IF we dish up the errors and pens that we did last Thursday....we will not get near any team!! No team would win with that error and pen count. Its up to the players to up their concentration and cut out ill-discipline.
However, Price has to play his part. If he cannot get us up for 2 local derbies on the bounce, hes in the wrong job. I said to my mates i will give Price time, it can take time to change attitudes and styles of play, and get used to new systems, but i will admit i am very worried already about what i have seen. Although, giving the lads a bit of slack (which is unlike me, vowed to be a bit more positive this season) some great defense by Leeds stopped 2 or 3 of our efforts over line, we could of won that on another day.......
I'm not going to declare we are bang in trouble just yet, but these next 2 weeks for me are massive for the club!!!

| Gary Schofield ripped into the players again last night on Proper Radio. Ex Radio Yorkshire.
Saying the got Tony Smith sacked last season and their heading to get Steve Price sacked too.

Underperforming players can't get you the sack if they are sat in the crowd.

| According to the Guardian Crosby should be back this week, Sita is a 'week or two away' still.
Roberts didn't train today, so I'd be amazed if we risked him against Widnes on that pitch.
With a bit of luck we'll have Roberts and Sita back vs the pies.
Who drops out for Crosby? I'd probably leave King out, Philbin has started well this season although Westwood needs a good game to maintain his spot on the bench going forward...

| You should really be turning us over, given that we will have just come back from Sydney. I think Widnes will have a crack at you though, they seem to have a developed a bit of a siege mentality after everyone wrote them off in pre-season. A win against Catalans and a 1 point loss away at Cas suggests they will be a lot more competitive than predicted. Can't see you getting anything from Hull/Saints. I'll say two wins from those 5 - beating us and Catalans.

Your B team would beat us at the moment.

Yup, I’m also baffled by anyone predicting we’ll beat them, 4 day turnaround from Australia or not. More likely is that they will turn up with a team containing two teenage wingers we’ve never heard of, both of whom will make hat-tricks on their debut
