pull off the thin plastic pipe that is on the top of the EGR and see if it is heavily clogged with carbon.
If so get a thin bristle pipe cleaner and get the deposits out.
It will only take you a few mins and try it again.

If that doesn't work and you don't mind getting your hands a dirty, take off the valve and shake it, if it rattles the valve is free. Clean all of the chambers with the pipe cleaner and put it back on. If it doesn't rattle the diaphragm must be stuck and then replace the unit.

Even if we don't beat the 11 games in Super League we're already on our best undefeated run in 21 years so there's that.

I will be over the moon if we win in perpignan the week before the semi final. In a strange way I hope we lose a couple of our last few games. Against the teams like saints, Leeds and wigan it is very rare that you will get consecutive wins. After a defeat it seems that the extra motivation is there in the return fixture, that looks to be the case with saints fixtures over the last few years they win one then we win the next. I am not quite sure that mentally we are tough enough to go through from the semi final to the end of the season without a few blips.

Its a Friday so perhaps my head has already switched off, plus we have a 15wk old baby meaning I'm losing sleep daily, but.......

If our longest unbeaten superleague run is 11 games in the 2011 season, and we are currently on a run of 9 (including a CC game), then how can we be on our best undefeated run in 21 years

In that run of 11 Super League wins we lost in the Challenge Cup.

and the least said about that game the better. Still bitter at the cheating pies taking Solo out of the game when he was turning in our favour!
