Wonder how many will be left for General sales on Wednesday - looks like we could be taking upward of 15k at least .

| I just spoke to a nice man at the RFL ticket office and asked him how sales were going. He said that Warrington tickets are flying out of the door and demand is fantastic and that Huddersfield tickets were "slower".

| Maybe the Hudds massive are waiting for Ken Davy to work his magic. They expect a whole season ticket for £95 you see....

| Huddersfields participation in the final will probably result in a fairly low attendance for a CC final.
Even to the neutrals its not as big a draw as Saints v Wire or Saints v Wigan.

You say Saints Wigan like that's been a contest at all in the last few years. haven't most of the times those two clubs have met recently ended in Saints tonking Wigan?
Hudds may not bring as many fans but I think it's fantastic for the sport to have two relative outsiders in the final. Shows what a closely-fought and fantastic competition SL really is.

Rubbish - due to the 2 teams in the final I have decided to go, while not as far as your NY fan, but from Ireland all the same.
I'm a Rhino and would not have gone near a Sts Wigan final.
I remember talking to a Wire fan in Cardiff for the Leeds Bradford final with a tee shirt saying Rhinos for the day - Wire for life. Well I will be returning the gesture this time. Good luck!

see I think the neutrals will actually like the game ...Lancashire V yorkshire two old clubs with Tradition, and probably two clubs, other fans have never had to pick to cheer for for a day before.....
the problem is the Number of neutrals from saints and wigan will be pretty much nil..........
the rugby league world revolves around their own clubs and anything else cant be any good can it.....?
I would imagine Leeds and Bradford will still take neutrals as I would imagine its not a hardship for those yorkshire fans to cheer for huddersfield and they also dont appear to be knobs like saints and Wigan fans.

| I'm just really glad saints arent there. No disrespect to the real saints fans who have been supporting through and through - but we won tickets to the catalan V saints final a few years ago and went in our wire shirts. Despite their team having the honour of making it to the challenge cup final, not once all day did we hear them cheering for their team- they were more intent at constantly hurling abuse at every neutral who had come to support the sport and it ruined the game for so many decent RL fans. And I'm not just talking about the standard argy bargy comedy banter- these guys were on one sick mission (in the stadium, in the streets, on the tube)...on closer inspection though you could see that most of their jerseys still had the fold marks- fresh out of the plastic bags bought just for the 'glory' occasion and they'd probably never even watched a game of RL before!
Oh well, guess every club has a few w****ers who come along for the ride when it suits, but sooooooooooooooooo looking forward to our big day at Wembley! after 19 bloody years!

| A little tip for anyone who still wants tickets - try the Championship clubs.
Each club has been given a batch of the £41 tickets but are being allowed to sell them at half price. I know that Workington, for example, have about 50 tickets to sell.
They'll be in a neutral area of the ground but still...........
