The Skyrack is the main rugby pub, thats a little further down the road, but Headingley has got a lot of good pubs, if the weather is good and you get there earlier then try the Original Oak across the road from the Skyrack, there's a big outdoor beer garden there and we're in summer time so its not full of students.'"

Downside: Less women with the student girls being away. The beer garden during hot weekend afternoons would otherwise be a mecca for academic clunge.
Upside: No queues to get into the pub, sometimes a problem during termtime. No hooray henrys being droning on in that generic student accent saying words like 'random', or the Uni Rugby team downing pints of sick and calling each other 'ledges'. |
