Haha, we enjoyed watching that from the comfort of the front few rows of the upper as well. I'm on row 4 of 519 which is pretty much where I wanted to be.
I have been on row 1 of the lower for an FA Cup semi final and a football international though, and the view is okay if your standing (as was the case on both of those days), but if you're forced to sit (as I suspect will be the case here) then it's too low for a decent perspective.

| You cannot beat a trip to Wembley for a final in sport. It is the absolute best thing going!

Agree 100% with this. I wish the Grand Final were held there aswell,I've nothing against Man Utd but old Trafford is a dump, seriously needs either knocking down and rebuilding or just knocked down.

| I hate the club that own it, but Old Trafford is the best ground in the country.
Wembley is a good day out, but you wouldn't get as big a crowd there with only one week notice after the finalists are decided, so the Grand Final has to be in the north.

| TBH I'd be inclined to hold the GF at the Etihad. Slightly smaller and you could guarantee it would be full. Plus... I find it the nicer of the two grounds in terms of leg room and such. I also like how the seats have a shallow sweep up rather than the near vertical seating at OT.

That's my point also, feel we packed in like sheep at OT and the concourses are a complete joke just no room at all. I get the keep it in the north thing just OT isn't good enough imo.

Was in the Stretford End for the first grand Final and the concourses for such a big stadium were tiny. The year after I was in the Sir Bobby Charlton and it was better as was the East Stand for the World Cup final.

Must be back handlers handed out then, for me it doesn't compare to modern stadiums, etihaad is like a mini Wembley the concourse area is huge plenty of room to move around and they have just had the capacity increased there, don't know what it is now but it's more comfortable there plenty of room and you don't have to worry about a large person sitting next to you.

| The try area behind the sticks is not big enough for rugby to be played on it. The drop on the sides is dangerous
