Did anyone actually watch this game as no one has commented on the actual game and performances.

Thanks for commenting on the game. I thought they must of played some good stuff, as Castleford were above us in the table up to that point. I have since found out all about the game. Heard props had good go forward. Hamilton and the young Ben Jones had a good game....

watched the game... thought the 2 starting props owen and crowley put in a good performance.. felt that when they were subbed the team lost a lot of go forward.
ben jones the winger had a good game, Scored 2 good trys...
bobby goulding lead the team around park really well, and commanded throughout.
His execution was second to none.
Was suprised to see on the programme that the prop crowley was the top try scorer, but having watched them play last season and a few this season can see why.
My mate told me that he got loads of man of the matches last season, and was unlucky not to win anything at the end of the season.
He also told me that saints have been talking to him about joining them next season.
Shame if its true.............

Think you'll find Bobby Goulding only played 40 mins in first half and was quiet.. and was then replaced by Hamilton...who had a good game at stand off. Scored a good individual try. Perhaps you are getting the players confused! The props played superbly and the winger Jones was good .. .....Good to see Ryan Owen doing well again.

But confused as to why you asked about performances in your thread..
You even moaned when no one commented on performances.
I gave you my opinion, bearing in mind its only mine..

Didn't we hear from the Leeds fans how Tony Smith caused "unrest" in the Leeds camp, some players didn't get on with him.

Seen a copy of the game and you are confused I know little Bobby and his family.., only played half the game..and did okay when on....I did ask about the game but seen a copy of it since...this afternoon actually...so have seen it and Know who played well imo...and I thought the team played well from what i have now seen ...

As for editing did so, as I have now seen copy of the game...It appears to me you don't like people disagreeing with you...

You cannot dominate a game throughout if you did not play the full game although Bob did well whilst on....Thought it was a very good team performance...now I have seen it.

I can understand you wondering why I had asked about what people thought of the game in fairness to you as I hadn't been....but have now since seen it...and have spoken to people who have been like yourself, who obviously have a different opinion.....

fair enough mate...No have no family playing ...some friends I know play in the reserves...though, who have been going well too.

..It was a friend who'd gone the game and got a copy.. his friends lad plays. I mostly go the reserves but as you know they played away this week ...I intended to go down and was sorry to miss this one... Oh .Not that old quite yet, by the way....but getting there!!

I actually agree with a lot of what you said....especially about the props playing well...and I was particularly pleased to see Ryan Owen doing so well, after all he has been through....hence my comment.
