However the drugs allegation and 'I hope Danny Maguire has broken his neck' were entirely separate. How many chances is this cretin going to get? I should probably rise above it as I accept it's a bit childish but I don't see why he should be treated with anything other than contempt.

You have thought it through and that should be respected.
My view is similar to yours. There is a line between banter and trolling and another at trolling offensive. He seems to have crossed both by a distance. |

As for Hock, no chance does he sign for us. He'll stay at Wigan for the next 2 or 3 seasons, at least until they figure out if he can still play.

You have been told wrong.
Under the terms of his ban, he isn't allowed to train with any club, or be paid by any club. He has been seen at the stadium as he has been having talks with Ian Lenagan, presumably about what happens AFTER Hocks ban is up. |
