I've always wondered if Heathcoates work like a recruitment agency with their staff. In other words, the member of staff gets £4.83, but the club have to pay more than that per person. The club don't employ the staff as far as I'm aware.

although i used to drink i was in the east stand on the end and had the same trouble but it was kids goin the loo and for sweets etc just part of life i moved to the middle of the row and told the said kids to go the other way as they were nearer that exit sorted the problem

making the southstand in 3 seperate pens would be an idea. A,B and C. Just put doors in the concourse. Then the club can sell Tickets accordingly as to how many ift in each section. Also stops people from swapping ends.(although Mr Moran could still do this).
