I’d agree you’re no Columbo, and neither am I , but I would have assumed there’d be a motive to cohered on a complaint.
Leigh club has nothing to gain from another suspension to McGuire.
My best guess is that it is purely a moral stance from the Leigh club to support their player. |

Ok. Will be interesting to see how it pans out. From rumours on here, it appears to be Leigh providing all the evidence, and while that might be enough for a RL tribunal to go along with, I'd be interested to know if that could stand up in an actual civil court, if McGuire were to be certain of his innocence and felt he needed to clear his reputation from what would be a huge stain on his character, not just within sporting circles? |

He was refused the right to appeal at his previous tribunal, don`t remember that happening before to another player?
If McGuire was to use a Civil Court to clear his name, then the RFL, may regret that decision. |

If McGuire has done what he is accused of, and the evidence is there, he should be out of the club. And frankly Powell probably should too: if he and his team couldn't communicate to McGuire what was expected during the previous two months he was sat on the sidelines, you have to question his competence as a coach and a leader.
