| Quote Uncle Rico="Uncle Rico"Those who suggest that this is the worst SL season ever (usually those fair minded Wigan Saints and Leeds fans) will point to our up and coming fixture v west Hull's finest as case proven.
Well I for one don't share their genuine concern for the 'greater good' and the general state of RL and quite like the way that this season is shaping up as it's 2 v 1 at the Halliwell Jones this week as we welcome table topping Hull FC to the Halliwell Jones this week.

Despite being correct anyone predicting wins for Widnes correctly or not might get deducted points in future I can't stand them I still have nightmares about the Challenge Cup Final and not just the game/result.
It was all too much.....peroxide blonde grandmas in their black and white crimplene trouser suits with crochet tammy shanters and matching rossettes still have me in a cold sweat

| The Wids are coming good again. I don't consider them our rivals any more that Salford or Hudds. Your just a bad loser, the margin just keeps on growing

Must admit I don't have many recollections of the event and game, as I was well and truly wasted from the Red Lion Disco and the midnight special from Bank Quay. It probably was a blessing in disguise.
