| Thought I might fall asleep during the debate but managed to pay just enough attention, especially when Cameron(or should he be "Cameroon" after talking to a "black man"icon_wink.gif kept mentioning his children and the help his son received from the NHS. It is strange how booing the TV revives you. You have my full sympathy for your loss "Dave", but please leave it out of this election. It isn't tasteful.

1883.jpg Didn't William Webb Ellis pick up the ball and run, someone should really tell Rugby Union.

Cable would tell us we couldn't afford to renew Briers contract. The world has moved on, Briers was suitable for the past but we need a more modern cost effective defence priority.
Darling would say that to release Briers now would threaten the recovery. He would go on about record levels of investment in the first team, record levels of investment in the youth set up, record levels of investment in the stadium facilities blah blah, and claim that last year when we finished 9th was our "most successful year since 1974".
Osborne would tell us that we could save £6 billion by cutting out the community project, youth teams and other waste, which would stop the planned season ticket rise. He would bring a petition signed by 20 angry rlfans forum users who think that season tickets shouldn't rise. He would also bring in tough rules to stop the likes of Monaghan, King and Hicks coming in and taking jobs away from our young players.

17064.jpg How can I miss you, if you won't go away????:17064.jpg |

| Less than 3 weeks to the election and David Cameron is doing a grand job of throwing a landslide victory away.
Last night's (none) performance in the debate was truly embarrassing. Getting upstaged by the young Liberal upstart is absolutely shameful for a man who is supposed to be the next big hope for this country.
Those who were tempted to switch to this man, must now be having serious reservations....Oh, for a proper Conservative politician, who would have tore Clegg to pieces.
Brown, who looked out of place as the dour old Scotsman, held his end up quite well, seeing as he is the man with it all to lose in these debates, being as he has led the country into this reputed mess we are in and as he is the man who most of the country seem to hold a grudge against.
Though I think they won't admit to it, the Tories must be seriously hacked off that they don't have a half decent leader in place, so they can secure a victory that should be a walk in the park...

Well, they've only got themselves to blame for that - they chose the smarmy get.

| I thought Brown was the worst of the three. They were having a serious and proper debate until he came out with his jokes and one liners.
