I agree Wigan never got out of second gear and Salford were poor. But by god Wigan got away with a lot at the play the ball. A very short 10m. Markers not square and very niggly slowing the PTB down. If the Ref doesn't get a grip of this in the CC final we will have our work cut out that is for sure.

RD as we all know previous results count for nothing it is what happens on the day that counts.

Personally I’d like to see as much a second string side as possible. Only two trophies up for grabs and risking one for a league game is naive IMO. I’d like to see Lindop, Wood, Bullock, Ratchford, Wrench, Holroyd etc etc. I don’t want to see Fitzgibbon, Dufty or Williams.

They have beaten us in the last 3 Grand Finals? I'm not saying we cannot beat them but we are rightly underdogs.

We are underdogs, but that's best for us. Two great teams, and a good match in nice weather, hopefully ending in us edging it slightly. I won't be too disheartened if we don't, based on Wigan on paper (and media hype) being way stronger than us.

Catalan attack is absolutely awful, not once did a player take it to the defensive line. Passing so early is allowing Saints to just slide across.

Was scratching my head to see how Saints are top of the table so took a look at their results they have only beat one top team all the rest you would have expected them to win. I have not seen anything that says they will win a GF this year.
