Of course, the great shame if there is trouble at t'mill is that the paying fans are being short changed every week the effort isn't there.

Wouldn't mind finishing 4th to be honest. Play Salford at home (the easiest of the tie's), then play the loser of 2nd V 3rd (they'll have had a hard game knocking 10 bells out of each other, easily winnable), then play the loser of Saints Vs winner of the 2nd QF in round 1 (again, a team coming off the back of a tonking by saints, winnable).

The only thing left to do then is worry about running out of steam after doing it the hard way. Leeds won it from 5th after a woeful dip in form like ourselves, it's possible.... I also think its out only chance. finish 2nd and win the firs game and go on to play saints in the next round and we've no chance.

I just indicated so.

But Leeds didn't win it from 5th when it was a top 5 play off. They did it when it was top 8 and 5th was quite a handy position to finish. No team has won a top 5 play off from anywhere lower than 3rd.

We also have a completely different group of players the Leeds players knew what it takes to win a gf already. Sinfiekd peacock McGuire we have currie Patton and hill worlds apart.
