| actually, slightly more important than the wingers discussion, does danny walker come back in or do we leave the bench as was, which wasn't half bad, save cas having 20 players out.

| You could swap out Tasi move up Westwood to start and bench Walker, but I’m not sure.
I’d be tempted to leave the bench as it was, as you say it was impressive vs Cas and Clark tends to play 70mins anyway if there is a hooker on the bench - a bit of a wasted spot I think when J Clark, Philbin, BMM and Westwood can do 40+ minutes each.
My only concern would be the workload being put on to Clark, I hope we take opportunities to rest him up through the year.

| If (god forbid) DC got injured, presumably Dec to dummy half Ratchford to the halves and a second row to the backs. But, that is very disruptive, alternatively a hooker on the bench. Glad I’m not a coach!

| I'd start with Westwood, Tasi on the bench. Looking forward to it.

| Other that Atkins coming in I wouldn’t change anything from last week.

| Nervous now. Funny how the marketing has turned what was potentially the most insignificant clash with the pies, into a big game. I do worry that we’ve been poking a wounded tiger all week and are about to feel the backlash. I really do hope I’m wrong, but what more motivation do they need to turn it around tonight? Let’s hope we’ve got enough to outsmart whatever tactics they go for. We’ve really got to sharpen up our penalties and rucks and play a sensible clean game. Hopefully we’ll have too much for them. NTW.

| My biggest concern is that between the Wigan propensity to "trap" a tackling player, and Charnleys new found enthusiasm for the same tactic we could have 2 players stuck together like mating alsations and the water carrier will have to throw a bucket of water over them to separate them.

I just genuinely ‘LOLed’ at my desk!
